Cobb Salad Recipe


 Ingredients:

- **For the Salad:**

  - 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce

  - 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

  - 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

  - 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half

  - 1 avocado, sliced

  - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  - 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  - Salt and pepper to taste


- **For the Dressing:**

  - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  - 1 small garlic clove, minced

  - Salt and pepper to taste

  - 2/3 cup olive oil

  - 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)


 Instructions:


1. **Prepare the Salad:**

   - Arrange the chopped Romaine lettuce on a large platter or in a salad bowl.

   - Place the sliced grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top of the lettuce in sections.


2. **Make the Dressing:**

   - In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

   - Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

   - If using, stir in the crumbled blue cheese.


3. **Assemble and Serve:**

   - Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

   - Toss the salad to combine all the ingredients and evenly coat with the dressing.

   - Serve immediately and enjoy!
